MANDULIS—a name originating from the depths of the Austrian mountains, which clearly highlights the founders’ native ties!
Okay, not really! So why Mandulis?
Mandulis is a Nubian sun deity depicted as a falcon with a crown. Almost like the bird on our state coat of arms, and that is where we can clearly see a connection!
In addition, from the name Mandulis can be derived such beautiful, Austrian dialect words such as: Manda (Pinzgau dialect for men), U (Pinzgau dialect for clock) I (I), is (it is), etc... As you can see, the variety of words resulting from the the name we’ve chosen is almost endless—like our designs—that have their origin in Austria.
